Conscious of the climate and ecological emergency, CHO has adopted a responsible and sustainable approach in all aspects of its work, including working conditions and production. We prioritize train travel and public transport, despite the higher costs and additional time required, and we raise awareness among our artistic and financial partners about this imperative. To minimize our carbon footprint, we use recycled and reused materials, avoiding the purchase of new products whenever possible. We collaborate with local suppliers and service providers, including for AI tools and data storage. Our catering is exclusively vegetarian. Our association strives to be an anti-capitalist, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and apartheid-free zone. We do not view these values as a badge of perfection, but as a daily commitment to grow: by learning from our imperfections to build, day by day, a more just space.
