Conversation piece est un espace performatif proposé par Anne Sylvie Henchoz & Lauriane Houbey ouvert à touxtes, qui se construit au cours d’une pratique collective et visible par le public de l’exposition.

Les performeuses invitent touxtes les potentiellexs intéresséexs à collaborer pour développer, chercher, écrire des pièces en mouvement dans l’espace de la Villa du Parc.

Il s’agit de partir de l’espace d’exposition investi par l’artiste Renée Levi pour former une communauté éphémère et contribuer à l’émergence d’une présence collective et performative. Il s’agit de composer des manières de partager l’espace et d’articuler des hybrides pour créer – collectivement – de nouvelles possibilités.

Conversation piece is a performative space proposed by Anne Sylvie Henchoz & Lauriane Houbey. Open to all, this space will take shape during a group initiative that can be viewed by the exhibition audience.

The two performance artists invite everyone interested to join them in working together to develop, seek out, and write pieces in movement in La Villa du Parc’s exhibition space.

By using the exhibition space invested by the artist Renée Levi as a strating point, the idea is to form an ephemeral community and contribute to the emergence of a collective, performative presence. This will entail coming up with ways to share the space and articulate hybrids to create – collectively – new possibilities.

Anne Sylvie Henchoz
Artiste et performeuse basée à Lausanne. Dans son travail, elle met en scène des situations en inventant un vocabulaire à la fois poétique, physique et chorégraphique, pour évoquer le concept de “relation” Elle est l'initiatrice du CHO – centre chorégraphique ouvert à touxtes.
Artist and performer based in Lausanne. In her work, she creates situations by inventing a vocabulary that is at once poetic, physical and choreographic, to evoke the concept of “relationship”. She is the founder of the CHO – centre chorégraphique ouvert à touxtes.

Lauriane Houbey
Chorégraphe, performeuse et artiste sonore. Dans son travail, elle explore particulièrement l’émergence d’un geste collectif articulé entre le groupe et les individus le constituant.
Choreographer, performer, and sound artist. In her work, she explores in particular the emergence of a collective gesture articulated between the group and the individuals making it up.
