Prenant comme point de départ la notion de soin, cette résidence propose d'explorer autour du visible et de l'invisible, et autour de l'imaginaire. Soin à soi, à l'autre, aux autres, aux vivants. Les journées sont rythmées par des rituels matinaux créés collectivement, en portant une attention sur l'énergie, le feu intérieur et les “volcans” des participantexs. Les personnes sont ensuite invitéexs à prendre part aux recherches artistiques de Mathilde Monfreux et Anne Sylvie Henchoz.

Taking the notion of care as its starting point, this residency will explore the visible and the invisible, and the imaginary. Care for oneself, for others, for the living. The days are rythmed by morning rituals created collectively, focusing attention on the energy, inner fire and 'volcanoes' of the participants. They are then invited to take part in current artistic research by Mathilde Monfreux and Anne Sylvie Henchoz.

Anne Sylvie Henchoz
Artiste et performeuse basée à Lausanne. Dans son travail, elle met en scène des situations en inventant un vocabulaire à la fois poétique, physique et chorégraphique, pour évoquer le concept de “relation” Elle est l'initiatrice du CHO – centre chorégraphique ouvert à touxtes.
Artist and performer based in Lausanne. In her work, she creates situations by inventing a vocabulary that is at once poetic, physical and choreographic, to evoke the concept of “relationship”. She is the founder of the CHO – centre chorégraphique ouvert à touxtes.

Mathilde Monfreux
Artiste performeuse basée entre Marseille et Forcalquier. Dans son travail, elle dialogue avec une histoire liée au contact improvisation et au post contact improvisation en alliant une démarche organique et conceptuelle. La notion de “corps en relation” irradie son travail. Elle se passionne pour le mettre en relation avec des thèmes spécifiques (liés à des enjeux physiques ou politiques), des médiums différents (objets, cirque, pensée, langage) dans des contextes assez divers (création, dispositif participatif, recherche).
Performance artist based between Marseille and Forcalquier. In her work, she dialogues with a history linked to contact improvisation and post-contact improvisation, combining an organic and conceptual approach. The notion of the "body in relation" permeates her work. She is passionate about linking it to specific themes (linked to physical or political issues) and different media (objects, circus, thought, language) in a wide variety of contexts (creation, participatory devices, research).
